As the FIFA World Cup final between France and Argentina came to an end today with Argentina being the winner, it's important to remember that soccer is not just about physical strength and skill on the field, but also about mental health. Many soccer players have opened up about their struggles with mental health and how they've managed to overcome them. Here are five soccer players who have spoken about mental health:

1.     Marcus Rashford - The Manchester United and England striker has been open about his struggles with anxiety and how he has learned to manage it through therapy and self-care. In a recent interview, Rashford said, "Mental health is just as important as physical health. It's something that I've had to learn to deal with and manage."

2.     Raheem Sterling - The Manchester City and England winger has also spoken about his struggles with anxiety and how he has learned to cope with it. Sterling has said that he has found solace in meditation and has even participated in mindfulness sessions with his teammates.

3.     Andres Iniesta - The retired Spanish midfielder and World Cup winner has talked about how he struggled with depression after the death of his friend and teammate, Dani Jarque, in 2009. Iniesta has said that it was his love for soccer and the support of his teammates and family that helped him overcome his depression.

4.     Neymar Jr - The Brazilian forward has spoken about his struggle with depression after suffering a serious injury in 2018. Neymar has said that he turned to therapy and meditation to help him cope with his mental health struggles.

5.     Samir Nasri - The former French international has been open about his struggle with depression and how he has learned to manage it through therapy and self-care. Nasri has said, "I think it's important to talk about mental health and to not be ashamed of it. It's something that affects many people and it's important to seek help if you need it."

It's clear that mental health is an important issue for soccer players and it's great to see these athletes speaking out about their struggles and how they've learned to manage them. It's important for everyone, not just soccer players, to prioritize their mental health and seek help if needed.
