  • Inverpal Braich

    Dr. Inverpal Braich, CEO & Director of Clinical Operations

    Inverpal is one of the co-founders of CCIPH. He is currently the CEO and Director of Clinical Operations at CCIPH. He is also a Psychologist in Alberta and Ontario.

    He was born in Toronto, ON but has moved across several cities and provinces in Canada. From a young age, Inverpal has been passionate about increasing the accessibility of mental health and other healthcare services. For over a decade, Inverpal has worked with numerous mental health organizations across North America in many diverse roles such as being a mental health practitioner, presenting at workshops and conferences, being on advisory committees, serving on Boards of Directors, and more. As one of the founders of the organization, Inverpal believes in providing well-rounded, comprehensive services to all clients and increasing the accessibility of these services by offering first-language services, telepsychology and online health services. He is also a major proponent of collaboration amongst healthcare professionals and other professionals.

    He’s an avid Toronto Raptors fan. In his free time, Inverpal enjoys playing/watching basketball, watching new movies, learning new things, and spending time with his family.

  • Dr. Nimrit Bath, Director of Innovation and Wellness

    Nimrit is one of the co-founders of CCIPH. She is currently the Director of Innovation and Wellness at CCIPH. She is also a PGY-5 Psychiatry resident at Queen’s University in Kingston, ON.

    She was born in St. John’s, Newfoundland but her education and training have taken her worldwide. She completed her honours medical degree from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland in Dublin, Ireland. Over the course of her medical career, Nimrit has served in several leadership positions in both Canada and Ireland. She has a keen interest in mental wellness and resilience in post-graduate students and seniors, as well as equity, diversity, and inclusion at the organizational level. As one of the founders of the organization, Nimrit champions to combat the stigma associated with mental health in all aspects of everyday life.

    In her free time, Nimrit enjoys reading, baking, yoga, hiking, searching for new music, and spending time with her family and friends. She is also an avid stargazer.
